Resident's & Family Council
Residents’ Council
Residents’ Council is a group of residents who meet monthly to discuss pertinent issues related to the home. The residents are encouraged to attend meetings and discuss ideas and concerns. They are also encouraged to represent their peers when voicing opinions. The Residents’ Council is established to provide a strong line of communication between the residents and Administration with the hope of achieving many goals and providing suggestions on improving the quality of care.
Family Council
The Family Council is composed of families and friends of the residents at Grace Villa. The Council is dedicated to the promotion and improvement of the quality of life and care of all residents and recognizes and respects their rights. The Family Council information board is located on the wall at the front entrance. Posted on this board are all the names and phone numbers of Grace Villa’s Family Council Executive Committee. In addition, all information regarding upcoming in-services and meetings are displayed on the bulletin board.
