Laboratory & Pharmacy

We have a lab technician who visits our home weekly to perform lab tests ordered by the physician. Grace Villa has several registered staff who are trained Phlebotomists, who can obtain blood samples. Results are then communicated back to the home within a 24-hour time frame.

Medisystem Pharmacy is the home’s provider for residents’ medications. We have our own pharmacy consultant who visits regularly to assist staff, residents and families with any medication related concerns. She also provides education sessions for staff and is part of our Medical Advisory Committee.
